03How our service works

We display live fares, schedules, baggage allowances and airline conditions supplied by airlines and airline booking systems. We act as a facilitator between you and the airline: the airline operates your flight, and the airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules govern it.

Some itineraries can be reviewed online on our fare review page. Where online booking is not yet available for an itinerary, the page will say so, and our support team can help you take the next step. The fare review page always tells you the current state before you go any further.

04Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements, and that any booking you make — for yourself or for other travellers — is made with their knowledge and consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of all traveller details you provide.

05Prices, availability and currency

Fares shown on the Website are live quotes that include taxes and fees for the travellers selected. Airlines can change or withdraw a fare at any time until it is ticketed, so the price you see is a quote, not a guaranteed price, until ticketing is complete.

We show fares in the currency displayed alongside the price. If a fare is displayed in error — including fares incorrectly supplied by an airline — we and the airline may correct the error or decline the quote before ticketing, and we will tell you as early as we can.

06Bookings and ticketing

When an itinerary is completed with our support team, we will confirm the final price, traveller names and conditions with you before anything is issued. A booking is not confirmed until you have received ticket numbers or a written confirmation.

Names on tickets must match the government-issued identification the traveller will travel with. Corrections after ticketing can be rejected by airlines or carry airline fees.

07Travel documents and passenger responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents their journey requires, and for meeting the entry and transit requirements of every country on the itinerary.

Airlines, immigration and security authorities may refuse carriage or entry at their own discretion. We cannot accept responsibility for costs or losses caused by missing or invalid travel documents.

08Airline fare rules

Every fare we display is governed by the airline's conditions, which we show on the fare review page before you commit: whether the fare can be refunded, whether it can be changed, and what baggage is included. Airline fees and fare differences may apply to changes.

09Schedule changes, delays and cancellations

13Third-party services

Fares, schedules and flight data come from third-party airlines and booking systems. We take care in selecting and presenting this information, but we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or errors of these providers or of the airlines themselves.

14Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the information displayed is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, and live fare and schedule data can change between the moment it is shown and the moment a ticket is issued.

15Limitation of liability
